My left shoulder has now been twitching since I woke up Sunday morning.
Not aching yet but beginning to really pee me off.
I've had stuff twitch before but not for over 24hrs.
Anyone else had the pleasure?

Oddly, just come off the blower to my ip re only getting half a meg and regular disconnects and it has stopped twitching.

Even more annoying when it is your eyelid

I hear that. Really annoying. Usually my lower right lid.

Try having an instable shoulder joint, you'll be even more annoyed!
Waking up to a state of near dislocation gets rather tiresome after a while :(
I'll swap you for your little twitch

ouch :(
Fair point but I do have an affinity with you.
Since January I've been in a lot if pain with my knee.
Ligaments reconstructed years ago and recently had a 'foreign body' removed (a few weeks ago) but tbh it's still fubar.
On the plus side, twitch stopped about two hours ago.
My deltoid feels like it's been strapped to a tens machine on level 11 for an age.

Fruity...its gone on for some 15 years, so I kinda just roll me eyes for five minutes grimacing. I have a set of pilates exercises to do when it gets bad, and it calms it down a treat.
I have a lack of control over slow movements, can't hold my arms above certain degree without shaking, which is a bit embarrassing when its at full tilt on the pain and you are taking a tin o beans off a shelf in Asda....your arm just don't work and gets stuck:pale:
I'm not supposed to lift weights, got great biceps and forearms, but the ligaments surrounding the shoulder joint ar so stretched like an old elastic band, its of no use trying to build anything.
Hypermobility and gymnastic injuries when young don't go hand in hand. On the other hand its supposed to get better with age as I get less supple...not sure how that works really!
Peg would sympathise with your knee, hes got a lot missing!
Are you sure nobody has a voodoo dollly of you? tens machine at number 11, would make me puke:puker: horrid contraptions!

not to be a cold kipper but a bloke at work hasnt shown up today, nor will he be in for the forseable future. For a few weeks now he's complained of a shoulder twitch coupled with a dull ache, on sunday he slipped a disc and now has the same pain but perminant.
If it persists then I think this is one of those things you should see the doc about.
