Mate of mine says you start your riding career with a bucket full of luck and no experience. The trick is to fill the bucket with experience before the luck runs out!
Well done on the pass, just in time for the monsoon season eh?
Congrats  great feeling isn't it

I have my Mod 2 today. Unfortunately it's predicted to rain heavily in St Helens around lunchtime :( Looks like the roads will be nice and greasy for me, I guess slow and steady will have to do.

Failed :( Was going well until around 30 minutes in, when i approached a junction i'd never been to before, road layout confused me and i ended up making a major fault. Other than that i had 1 minor for speed into a bend, 1 minor for steering and 1 minor for one of the safety questions. On the plus side, i know how the junction works for next time!

:( Bummer! Sounds like it was just one of those days. Get yourself booked in for another one and do a bit of exploring the local roads around the test center so you get used to them. Next time it will be nice and sunny and im sure you will fly through.
