This triple is compatible with GSXR front ends that have a 30mm fork offset & 28mm stem diameter. This covers GSXR 600/750s from 2006 to 2009. It can also be made for the 2004/2005 front end easily.
It includes all the fixing points for the Gen2 SV650 gauges and ignition switch with full steering lock functionality.
It can be used with GSXR style clip-ons and SV handle bar risers. Please state if you don't want the handle bar riser holes drilled through.
If you want a different triple offset or stem diameter like different front ends the price does go up because of the set-up charges at the machine shop.
I've sold 15 of this version so far with very good feedback.
UPDATE 12/5/11: I'm making 10 pieces, I've sold 5 so if you want one speak up.
I'm making these in the USA but I am English and can get them shipped together to my parents place where they can post them out to you. Probably save some money there.
1: DMNYC - Paid.
2: Dave (Rolling2wheels) -Paid.
3: BoostinChick - Paid.
4: Volke44 - Paid.
5. Lonnie - Paid.
Look how the price goes down as the quantities rise:
1-2 £225.42
3-4 £170.44
5-6 £133.79
7-8 £119.74
9+ £110.57
So if you're interested, take a look at my site and email me. scott9861@gmail.com

Please include the following information:
Bike year.
Bike version (S or N).
Front end you're using.
Triple color wanted, black or silver.
I can customize and change the triples to your requirements but it may invalidate the group buy.

They're £110.57 and I'll have five parts ready for sale in about two weeks.
Shipping to Australia from here in California was between £18 & £25 so it should be less to GB.
Thanks
Dammit Graeme!! ;-)
I thought my bike would be unique!!
I have one of these for my conversion......I can personally vouch for the fantastic quality of these yokes, and that gjscott was a pleasure to deal with!!

Darren, they do not include bar risers. You'll get the yoke with stainless fork clamp bolts.
They're £110.57 + shipping

If anyone is interested I'm visiting the UK from the 8th September so could bring some top yokes over to save the international postage.
They're for Gen2 SVs with an 06-09 GSXR 600/750 front end. Anodised in black.
£136 + UK postage

You said in the original post it was easy enough to make for the 2004/2005 front end. How much would one for a K4 600 front end cost?
silly question but here goes.
would there be any way you could make a yoke that the clamps were dropped so the clipons were on the top?

For 04/05 front ends I use the 06/09 yoke and I press a sleeve into the stem hole to take it from 28mm to 25mm.
I have to get a sleeve made so it would be about £150 in total.

I could make a triple, but it would be a one-off and quite expensive, around £280 from past experience.
If you're still interested I could do a couple of drawings to show you ?

Any possibilities for my SV650s K6 with a GSXR 1000 K8 front end?

Any possibilities for my SV650s K6 with a GSXR 1000 K8 front end?
Hi Chris, sorry for the slow reply, I didn't get any notification for some reason.
I can make a triple for any combination but the main issue is cost, if you had a front end like on 06-09 GSXR600/750 I could get you a triple for less than 150GBP, but a one off that has a different fork offset than 30mm can be double that price.
The reason is that the 06-09 GSXR600/750 is the most popular conversion so I can get 10+ triples made at once and can be confident of selling them easily.
There is very little demand for triples for GSXR1000 front ends.
Saying that, I do have a triple that I made for a guy with the same front end as you but it would only be good for an S model SV after some modifications. It has no provision to mount the ignition switch so presumably that would need to be added ?
If you'd like to discuss this some more send me an email at scott9861 at gmail dot com
Thanks

I will take one for my sv650k4 n, I'm just looking in to what year/model of forks I'm going to get but I think they will be k6 gsxr 750 or 1000 forks. I will be putting handlebar risers on them and I would like them in black of possible. How much will they cost plus shipping to the uk? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I've replied to your email.
The yoke is £135, shipping to Australia was £27 so it should definitely be less than that.
I'd need your address to get an exact cost.

Hi,
I have some top yokes available. They're all here in the USA but my mother is returning to Northumberland on Thursday 27th November and could bring one back for you, and I'm visiting on December 17th for three weeks.
So, if you want to make your GSXR front end conversion look like it came form the factory, let me know and I'll hand carry the yoke and ship from Northumberland.
They're $250 = £160 + UK national P&P (which you will get at cost)
Cheers

Can I ask where you got the brake reservoir mount from & if you've still got the bike, could you do a close up from the front?
I can't quite see the feed pipe routing.
No hurry
Cheers
1. I have a K6 full-faired model and would like a GSXR front fork. Can any of your products allow me to keep all the standard functionality and yet install GSXR fork legs?
2. Do I need any new bearings or can I keep the standard ones? (I have tapered bearings instead of the factory ones).
3. How much? :)

1. Yes, except you'll need a GSXR front wheel & convert the speedo to work with a Hall Effect sensor
2. You'll need TWF special top bearing, the bottom one is the same as OEM

It's a Woodcraft reservoir mount:

The feed pipe is in a simple U shape with my GSXR radial master cylinder.

1. My upper triple/yoke will allow you to keep all the standard SV functionality.
2. As the SV650 and GSXR front ends use the same ball race bearings from the factory, it stands to reason that you should be able to transfer your taper bearings straight to the GSXR front end.
3. $250 = £160 + UK national P&P (if I hand carry the part back to the UK this Xmas and ship from there)

The TWF special top bearing is required when converting Gen 1 SV650's to GSXR front ends. Gen 2 SV650's can use the GSXR bearings.

I've moved back from California now live in Northumberland and am still getting requests for custom top yokes.
So I'm looking into getting another batch made over here.
I'm waiting for quotes so I'll post prices as soon as I get them.
Would anyone here be interested in one if the price is right ?
Yes! but then you know that as I left a message on your FB wall yesterday :)
i could be interested also :o
