Google animation today

The Google logo today is an animation and I think it's brilliant.

It's to celebrate Martha Graham's birthday. She was an innovative and inspiring dancer and choreographer (see here http://www.notablebiographies.com/Gi-He/Graham-Martha.html if you want to know more)

I like that Google celebrates all sorts of people and events, not just the obvious ones.

And once again they are detecting Opera and just leaving a static image.

Yet if I tell Opera to say its Firefox, then it works...

Tried to explain the classic episodes to daughter once, saying the images automatically make me think of Arthur Lowe. In one ear and out the other... Kids.

Just looked, and I only use Opera, and it animated away quite happily. I also had no idea who she was but agree that it's good that Google celebrate the less obvious. Just out of interest, how do "tell Opera to say it's Firefox"?
