OSBE Tornado

I bought a new OBSE Tornado Apache Graphic not to long ago off of a supplier from Italy.
I love the helmet, It's neerly sound proof and the double visor is a GODSEND for my early rides into work.
The only problem I have with it is the visor screw, located on the top of the helmet, used to lift the visor. It's broken, and is very difficult to lift or close the exterior, clear visor.

If anyone knows how to fix this problem, it would be MUCH appreciated.
