I really wanted to go this year but just couldn't get the time off work or the funds together for it :(. I'm DEFINATELY going next year for race week. Enjoy yourself and be sure to update this thread with lots and lots of pics. :)

Will get some from ballacraine for tonight's practice subject to weather. Lashed it down all the way from Lincoln to Liverpool. Broke down with water in front pot but my technically buddy and some wd40 saved the day. Weather forecast looks better for the isle though

Last time I was at the TT was 1994 ( and got 3 points on my "TT" license and a massive fine!) but got offered a space on the ferry and digs but could not get the time off work. Next year a defo. One way on the mountain all week? Whats not to like?

I want to go next year. I turn 30 at the end of April next year so it'll be my Birthday treat to myself. Mrs Guru wants to go aswell so should be fine.

I'm sailing Wednesday evening, got a nice leisurely ride up from Plymouth to Liverpool. Back on Wedneday the 8th.

Long shot but if anyone needs a ferry place for those two dates (1st and 8th) I can do a good deal as one of our party has dropped out.

Our accommodation did not come off for this year, but is booked for next year :cheers:. However we have managed to arrange a day-trip for next Saturday for the opening day's racing. We are getting there in a RIB, which should make this an action packed day! :smt104
