I've got one, but not used it yet.
Is there any danger of interference between the strong magnets and stuff like cameras / phones / laptops / mag-strips on debit cards etc?
If so, how do you go about getting round the issue?
I have never had a problem

A good idea to cover your tank where the bag is going to sit with electrical tape. Saves your paint.
Stick the strips on your trousers first so it not mega sticky before applying.

It pretty much covers the whole tank as one big magnetic pad. Got some of that rubber-esque matting stuff, might use that.

MYC puts her camera in my tankbag all the time, never noticed anything.

You can buy the soft rubber mesh antislip mat to go under the tankbag to protect the paintwork. Halfords sell it, it's pretty cheap to buy.
I've been carrying a laptop, cameras and a mobile phone in my magnetic tank bag for several years now with no ill effects.

+1 to anti-slip matting cut it to shape a bit bigger than the base of your tankbag, and +1 to no problems with electrical equipment.
