Congrats mate. The second is easier than anything. As soon as you leave the test centre you'll be on your way back before you know it without a clue where the last 30 minutes went lol

if you know where ur M2 is being done, make sure you know all the roads in the area, 20mph zones, stop junctions, dodgy hill start bends, things that could catch you out when ur doing it. Take a day off work or whatever occupies ur day and go to the test centre and u could be cheeky and follow an examiner doing a test. My instructor took me around all the local test centre roads apart from 1 and i got a minor on that very road lol. All the best :)

What he said :)

I must have ridden the test roads about 20 times (I live a few miles from test centre) and it helped massively :)

Thanks. I've lived around Peterborough all my life. I'm pretty clued up. I was quite confident about M1, and confident about M2. Got training for M2 on Tuesday, test Thurs. And the day is booked off work! Quite looking forward to it!

BTW, there's an EAR ride out on the 12th if you're feeling brave enough to come have a ride with us. The pace isn't fast and they're all pretty old... so you should come along :D

It's all somewhere in that link mate. I haven't actually bothered to find out lol, just said I'd go!

James, start point is Red Lodge transport cafe, on A11 just north of Newmarket. Its a dull ride straight up from A14 from me, not sure if you'd have a more direct route from Deeping but I dont think so. Excellent bacon rolls when you get there though :-)

Then ride some much better roads over to Hunny and a quick blast up the A47 home :p

Happy to meet up and ride over with you x
