KBC helmet visor

:confused: Hi all. I have a KBC VR 1X helmet which i find really comfortable. However in the last few weeks I have noticed the wind getting past the visor, I checked the visor fit & noticed that it was not sealing around the face opening. I was wondering if the warm sun on the visor ( after leaving it in the sun at a cafe) had mishapen the plastic. I suppose a replacement is the only answer.
Anyone had this before? cheers keith h
