You will be SOL for Flash support, Adobe only supply it for devices of 1ghz CPU as minimum spec.

That's not to say there won't be a hacked version, but its more likely tone functional rather than useable.

You should be able to put files on SD/MicroSD cards then download a mediaplayer from the Google Marketplace.
