The video thread.
Does exactly what it says on the tin.
Show off your home videos. Nothing dodgy please!;)
Ask questions about camera's, camera fixing points etc.
Keep comments/suggestions positive please.
To start us up here is a test video I just posted on youtube. For no other reason than I was bored.

Thanks to L3nny on how to get the youtube tag working.
(You have to copy all of the stuff after the = so you should have put cNreGPFDwo4 within the tags)
Enjoy........ comments welcome!

you'll find a photo section already and a photo chat thread in there, video are normally posted on the rideout that they are taken on thread, the local regional section or photo section, can't see any need for another :smt102

So the camera was fixed to your lid? I don't like the shot it provides, its sometimes going through the screen, then it isn't. If it were me I'd have the camera more foward, then either higher or lower. Having the same shot it boring as well, mix it up and experiment.

Thanks for the comments.it was attached to the tank, just a quick test.where is the best place to attach the camera? I'm still trying out different positions.
Rictus01 I thought that the point of the photo section was for photos should there be a video section?
I also think many people are a bit wary of posting videos of rides up on a public forum. There may be touches of illegality there and I've heard of such evidence being used against people for motoring offences

we seem to have managed without for several years, personally I've posted dozens of videos, And as said above, in the appropriate place to what they contained, if you want to post on your own thread to show something, that's up to you, I can't see the point in say posting my last video here as it was of an SV without a can on, it made more sense to add it to the thread about the person doing the job, likewise if it was taken on a rideout, it'd go in that THREAD,your title just means a collection of random vids, pointless realy.

It has a rolling shutter, so doesn't handle vibration well, best mounting to yourself.
