Will this do the trick?

They'll do, but the column ones are more accurate! :)

i have got these and think they are very good:

you can get a 2 cylinder set for £44 but to be honest i just went for the 4 cyclinder, at least then if/when you get another bike they will still work!

Look at this, you can make a u gauge but this seems pretty simple, must stress i have not done this but it seems to work imo.

this is the one you really want..

http://www.twinmax.co.uk/acatalog/twinmax.html

postage is a bit of a rip off but by all accounts they are the doggyz doodazz. they look soooo easy to use compared to the carbtune.

i have a carbtune pro 4 gauge and i'm selling to get one of the twinmax ones.

when you think about it the stealers charge about £60-90 for a balance so buying your own and doing it yourself will effectively be getting the gauge for free.

Makes a carbtune look like a overpriced toy. Carbtunes still hold their price 2nd hand & most people dont know about the electronic version. All i need to do is get mine tuned but its probably worth me not doing it until i get the bike back on the road next year but ive got a birthday coming up.

I've got a set of them, they seem to work fine, I'm sure if you spend the extra money you will get something more accurate but I'm happy with them.

Im quite happy not to buy anything thats o.t.t. as long as it does a basic job.
