Caught the train up to Aberdeen to pick up my bike today. Absolutely as described and a hoot to ride :D

Why don't more people buy these? The only downside I can see is that the bike was a bit twitchy on roundabouts (or maybe I was being too careful) but otherwise, great! Plenty fast, plenty hard seat :(, and, of course, that great engine:riding:

OK, it's not perfect, but I reckon that I can make whatever adjustments are necessary and end up with a cracking little bike  Much better than I thought it would be.

ps. excuse the barn door Givi screen - just took it up with me because of the forecast rain. Hoping to get a more sympathetic one in due course.

Looks good. They've grown on me over the years.

I'd change a couple of things that I still find a bit visually challenging, but overall I like them. I've thought for a while it would be a good wee project but they're still too dear for me to do that.

Looks good, hopefully see it in the flesh sometime soon, when I actually get myself along to an org run.

Nice looking bike, I like that colour scheme.

Wonder if you have seen this? http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=168932 As you have just bought it and the ownership paperwork is in the 'machine' you may fall through the cracks and not get notified.

Thanks for that - I'll call the local dealer tomorrow :smt023

I took the bike for another 100 mile spin today (after putting air in the tyres!) and the twitchiness has gone :D. The engine feels better at low revs as well, so probably just needed a blast to free it up a bit. Very smooth power delivery - great bike.

Just for fun, thought that I'd post a picture of my Gladius beside my Suzuki Street Magic :)
