I just bought a 2002 SV650 Naked, and wondered how people like there's to look. Hopefully get a few ideas my self (Mainly on the Headlight front)

Bit sad looking at the moment but I'll soon give her a good seeing to :riding:

I love the naked models from around 2001 ... brilliant fun , well balanced, good response / feel from carbs rather than fuel injection .... got to be the best all round fun version of the SV & good to see plenty of them around & being enjoyed by their owners :thumright:

That period style pipe makes it look the part.
You looked at doing a straight through for the authentic period style

Mister C & GMS... have you had your forks painted or are they from a different model/bike?

I painted mine, but I dont hold out much hope for them as my painting skills leave a lot to be desired. I will probably get them powder coated over the winter

Standard forks painted, strip of Oxford paint protector down each leading edge no chips :)

It looks good from the pictures, that might be something to invest in. I got a few other things that need de-rusting and painting so it might go with that lot.

Far from it judging by the amount of work you`ve put in to your bike. I really like how it looks ( I like Tams too but dont tell him or hes just gonna post more pics :) ) Now are you coming to AR so I can have a good look and nick all your ideas ? :)
