Just taken off my k5.its black, but i've noticed that it used to be copper.
Some rub marks on it because i'm 15st and had the crappy shock set on 4 for a short time! There is a crack at one mounting point that hold rear brake line, but it's not an issue and another small one at the tip off the hugger.
No mounting screws will be supplied. It looks like the originals were used to fit this one.
No idea what brand it is...
