Got back 17:15 soaking wet.
Rained non stop from the border, getting heavier the further north we got.
Got home nice and dry at about 3.30pm after stopping off to say hello to my daughter's mum in Leicester. Thankfully the rain stopped by the time I got to Sheffield and the rest of the ride gave my kit time to dry right out.
Thanks to all - Dizzy, Orose etc etc - who organised a great weekend, I had a wonderful time catching up with fantastic people.

I went to see my dad in Clitheroe when I left this morning and had a shower en route 10am'ish. Left there at 12noon and was dry till the services on the M6 Toll and chucked it down while I had something to eat and waited another 15mins for it to stop,45mins total.Arrived home at 5:00pm and the heavens opened as I pulled up outside the garage door.In short a pleasant dry ride home.
Thanks for a nice weekend to everybody.:D
