Finished on Friday night.

To give you a bit of details on it.
- GSX1400 motor and switch gear
- Wilwood calipers and discs
- Handmade aluminium chassis
- Quaife Racing diff (designed for M/C powered track cars) with reverse gear
- Bodywork one off sculpted fibre glass
- Full custom exhaust with hidden outlet
- 2.5 gal underseat fuel tank
- Weight fully fuelled: 330kg (approx)
- Handbrake had snapped after one use, but they had a feeling it wasnt robust enough

Build time is estimated at 1500 hours over about 3 years.
Its got a handful of things to be done to it as this is going to be getting a SVA assessment and it be on the road by the end of the year. Its classed as a heavy quad so is in a interesting grey area as the owners put it.

The pictures do not do this justice.

Saw this today about half 3 It looked stunning and attracted a large crowd. I don't normally go to the westgate road but had to get an oil filter for the GSXR. There was also a really nice RD250LC. Didn't see you or your bike Andrew.

Aye I was up earlier in the afternoon. The crowd was even bigger after it was fired up!

Mal, was it the white with blue decals RD?
If so it is totally mint, I saw it at the Triumph dealers it was perfect

That is pretty, not sure I would have built something like it though. Major suspension travel, four wheel drive and full off road tyres and then maybe I would have considered it!

That seat looks a little pointy for comfort too. Given what happens when you put a Busa engine in a Smart car, I can imagine that this thing shifts pretty well though.

Well the front goes light under acceleration.
He's actually looking if a busa motor will fit the frame purely for ****s and giggles.

Would love to have a play with it up the hill as it makes its presence known

It looks so low and wide that you wouldn't get the usual problem of going on two wheels when cornering... More like being thrown off the thing!! Must be almost impossible to corner quickly lol

Thats absolutely superb! Its very difficult to come up with something unique but he's pulled it off in Spades!

The genuine effort on the rear wings tickles me. Would be rude i`m sure :)
