IT help - webcast to 1 user - skype?

I've been asked to look at a one day solution for relaying sound and vision (camera) from one conference location to a screen/PA in another city. It won't be a 2 way relay as such. If I've got broadband at both ends and screen/PA/pc, what software/service is best to use, can I just do a long skype call? I also need a device to get the composite video signal from the camera into the PC.

Any ideas?

USB video capture device for the video and Skype will do nicely

Easiest and already on most PCs, the much under used netmeeting.

I like the application sharing functionality and have successfully used it to conference users in the states/china etc.
