Anyone going? Earlybird discount on tickets for the first 500. £10 instead of £16. Went on sale this morning. £4 for program and £7 for parking per car.

I'll be going but I'll be paying on the door. I bought tickets in advance last year but was snowed in and didn't make it... not taking the risk this year.

Isn't this the event that none of the Manufacturers show up to and is basically just an excuse to charge you £16 so that you can shop and look for bargains where everything is pretty much at the online price anyways?

Oh sorry, shouldn't be singling this one out, ALL "Bike/Car/Whatever Shows" are like that now.

They went through a few rubbish years, then last year a new company took over the organisation of it and almost all of the manufacturers were there, along with lots of new ones and scooter makers. They had a big media launch at Centrepoint which Chris8886 and I went to and they seemed to be keen to get it back to being a really good event.

I may get invited along again this year by the PR company, in which case I'll go. Not sure which day though.

I just love going on the rideouts and finding out how good / crap some bikes that you would never try before are.

Once tried a Buell for a laugh.....it was sh*t

I also like looking at the engineering that goes into them.

Hope they provide step ladders on the Triumph stand, I really like the look of the Tiger 1200!

I'm going 1 day in the week, quieter so I can sit on all the bikes, crouch down behind the screen with my face on the tank and make brum brum noises
