Some will know them already I guess, but had to give them a biggup here for customer service.
Ordered some gear to give the bike a service, one part was a new DB screen.
Everything arrived as planned but screen was clear not dark tint.
Checked my copy of the order Oooops, guess who ordered wrong colour.

So quick call to Wemoto, & they agreed if I sent it back they would do a swap.
Today I have rec. the correct dark tint version, just about 2 weeks turnaround.
Now, my bike is not a SV anymore, is an Aprilia Falco, not the most mainstream of bikes even in its day, but they took the clear screen back, ordered the dark tint & returned it back to me post haste without any bother at all.

Great customer service & nice to do business with, what more can you ask:smt056

Now I have something to play with tomorrow, Happy Days!

2nd only to OEM they are and probably better parts and a heck of a lot cheaper.

Dunno about other bikes but they are a suzuki owners best friend.

+1 wemoto are great for customer service. Smashed a mirror on the XT a couple of days before my Portugal trip by dropping the bike whilst loading luggage. Told them what happened and where I was going and when, they had a replacement out to me pronto.

Can't fault them. Ordered chain and sprockets for a YBR 125 that got written off before I could fit them. Took them back and gave me a full credit.

Have been using them for years with no problem. Had a few Suzukis and for a lot of items they are the best place to go.

These guys are brilliant I've been using them quite frequently with the rebuild of my babyblade and the odd bits for my sv and missus cbr125. Can't fault them as of yet

Sent from my HTC Desire HD A9191

Not had many SV bits from them yet, but had plenty of CBF 125 bits (girlfriend hasn't got the hang of wet & cold yet), everything has always arrived in good time and is always well protectively packaged, so I keep going back! Their prices and postage costs have always been reasonable too.

Can't beat them for specific things. For example they're one of the few companies to still stock exhausts for my VF750....steep at nearly £280, but well worth it, and i'll be doing that at some point this year.
Fork leg £105 for the VF as well. Everything i've needed i have found there.

All my experiences with them have been good. I cannnot fault them.

Ordered stuff from wemoto last night, just received email informing me that Fed Ex will deliver and I have a tracking number to easily see where they're up to.

Wemoto = Bloody brilliant.

Ordered online from their easy to navigate website (much better than M&P's). Competitive pricing, free delivery, everything arrived on time and well packaged.

Will use them again and again.

They're great. It was the the only place I could find that still stocks a Givi kit to put a top box on a curvy. They were very helpful on the phone too. Will almost certainly use them again
