The grand kids go home and back to school--normality returns to life and best of all silence.I am sure they have wore my name out by now.

Goodnight all---my PC is in my grandsons bedroom and he is getting out the bath after he stops singing and splashing and going to bed.

Disappointment. Grandchild #2 only starts tomorrow.

One more day then he starts. Unfortunately after his visits last term, he will start his school year in Elm, all his nursery friends are in Ash. His cousin moved up from Ash to Elm this year. So whilst proud he has skipped a class I am also concerned that some groundwork may be missing. After all at 4.5 years old there is a big difference with those others in his class that are all 5 going on 6.

I'm bored, can I have some sweets, can I play on the playstation, I'm bored of the playstation can I play on the wii, can I go out, what we doing to day........

I've taken tomorrow as leave just so I can spend the day getting rained on at sunny Skegie with the daughter and grandaughter.

Kids keep us young, and stop us festering in the corner...
