rear cylinder exhaust valve!! wanted

hello all, stripped down the head of my sv400 s and found the problem to be a burnt out exhaust valve on the rear cylinder!! :( so i was wondering if anyone else out there has a spare exhaust valve going?? it is a different part number, i know, but it is incredibly difficult sourcing the correct part for this bike and am thinking about seeing if its possible to modify the 650 exhaust valve to fit, out of curiosity. (just for reference the parts numbers as follows: sv400 ex valve: 12912-19f00, sv650 ex valve: 12912-20f00) so anyway, if anyone could be of any help at all, it would be much appreciated. thanks, Lauren :confused:

I doubt they sell valves. And you can't really modify them.

Hi Again bugger it the one on ebay is a 650:( Think i will have to find a 650 Engine as its looks like its the best way to go Thanks for all the help suzuki_lady7
