Any of the ones that copy the original BMW kit with the little doughnuts. Easy to use, reliable, and not that expensive.

Sorry Mark, got to disagree. Never enjoyed any success with that type, even when put in by so called "professionals".

done 5 at AR10, well say done, instructed novices to actually do it, one took the owner all the way back to the IOM, and done another couple at this years AR as well, I suppose it's how you use them, I prefer them as unlike the "bung" type they can be doubled or even tripled for larger gashes obviously to get you to the nearest proper place for a fix.
Oh and they don't need that little tube of rubber glue that always goes hard after one use as they are already stick to start with.
