Well it has a Collar on , so probably a Research Bear . These Bears are used to Humans and allow them within their safe zone as long as you bring food . They understand that if you face palm them they understand that there is no more food and they can go about their business .

I watched a program last week where a guy ate a Bear Burger and admitted that it was the tastiest thing ever , he was one of the guys filming the Research Bears I mentioned in a previous post , he looked so guilty as he ate it too .
