Any chance these would fit in a curvy? A quick google seems to suggest the front forks are the same?

No the step on the bottom is the wrong diameter for the curvy. I could machine them but I'd rather not.

I can sort you out with some emulator valves for curvy for similar price.

does it come with the springs?

Fork springs, no, they're about £100. (I wouldn't expect those for £50!)

I've been looking for a spring supplier but nobody will give me much discount, I don't buy in enough volume to interest them unfortunately.

So yeah, emulators for sale :)

YC, any chance you can let me know if you don't sell to TommyGun?

£150 for the emulators and a set of springs posted.

Ruffy if he does have them I could sort you a set of the cheaper emulator valves out with spacers to make them sit in the pointy forks properly for similar price to these.

What needs to be done to fit these? I've stripped forks before but never done more than fitted new seals and replaced springs & oil.

03 pointy btw

You need to take damper rod out, weld up rebound hole, drill comp holes out a bit then reassemble. Emu itself just drops straight in under spring.

I can supply damper rods modified to suit on exchange basis for anyone who can't weld and drill their own, or do all work on fork.

Yc how much would some modded damper rods be with the emulators?

Lateksi is kinda in first for these but I can sort you out some equivalent valves for similar price (helpfully I'd need the rods to make a bushing for...)

£70 for valves and rods (damper rods on exchange basis or send me yours to do, or if you want second set of rods* add £20)

*There is not much need, you could take emulator out and put stock oil and springs back in and the damping performance isn't that much worse than stock anyway. i.e rubbish.
