Anyone else leave early to take the long route to work, just to make a rubbish day more bearable... works for me this morning!

Never ever leave early to take the long route, but I often go home in completely the wrong direction if I'm on my bike :)

The Mrs moans if I'm back late, doesn't seem to mind me leaving early though..

Was that a result Tweakedtay?

Wifey and I did a 15 mile round trip to get some cheese from the local farm shop the other day (and by local I mean less than 3 miles away). And it really didn't need both of us to go but the sun was shining, the kids were on the PS3 killing something or other and it just seemed like a good idea!

Nope, I set off later and just have to go a bit quicker to get there on time :-D

Full M4 sounds great through the town center, get to watch all the bank worker battery hens run for cover

Gives me my daily dose of hooliganism anyway!

Sometimes I follow injury_ian home on our way back from work which is a slight detour but nothing too drastic. Just enough to break up the monotony of our journey.
