You could always order one from your dealer, take the template off it, then return it unused for a full refund?

Cant you just lay the gasket paper on top of the head and score the edges to make an impression, or use ink? Ive done that before on a different bike.

It would appear that they are the same.
I thought I'd give it a little google and I've found a site listing the SV400 parts fiche. My Russian isn't the best but part numbers should be the same across boarders.
The head gasket is, if its the one I think you're after and using the rear as an example; 11242-19F00 according to this site. Compare that to the SV650 and they are identical, this I deduce that they are one and the same part across engine size.
For reference the SV400 fiche (http://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?hl=en&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dsv400%2Bpart%2Bfiche%26start%3D30%26h l%3Den%26safe%3Doff%26sa%3DN%26biw%3D1143%26bih%3D 565%26prmd%3Dimvns&rurl=translate.google.co.uk&sl=ru&u=http://www.moto4.ru/fiches/suzuki_sv400/&usg=ALkJrhhNzEnx0oNCPfYwPXhjrc3Dv9zgNQ) and another SV400 model (http://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?hl=en&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dsv400%2Bpart%2Bfiche%26start%3D30%26h l%3Den%26safe%3Doff%26sa%3DN%26biw%3D1143%26bih%3D 565%26prmd%3Dimvns&rurl=translate.google.co.uk&sl=ru&u=http://www.moto4.ru/fiches/suzuki_sv400-2/&usg=ALkJrhh6djDIxNeAh3GvCxzDtC49dS0OtQ) I do not know the difference. I crossed referenced the part number using Ron Ayers (http://www.ronayers.com/) and the reverse part look up. Please double check my workings for your own satisfaction.

Thats a shame.
All I can suggest with the ordering of parts is Fowlers in Bristol (they will deliver) as I've had import parts from them before or Bikes Direct, again in Bristol but they actually import bikes... direct from Japan so may be able to help. Best of luck.

No 11141-19F00 are available in the UK from Suzuki GB or European stock, ive just checked the european stock system. Suzuki GB supply Fowlers so you wont have any joy there either.
Only way would be a custom made gasket.

It's been a while since I've done this and it was with Yamaha, but Fowlers have ordered me parts direct from Japan. Took about a month to arrive, but I got the parts in the end. Still worth a shot whats the worst they can say...

They do it via the manufacturer, ie Yamaha will do it for them. Fowlers dont order direct from the factory..I know because we use them for Yamaha etc.
Suzuki dont have any and the part number is not recognised on the european parts database. I can try Suzuki Japan for you but would need a Vin number.
Custom gasket, I meant trying someone like Cometic but you have done that..
