Hello. Just booked on a BikeSafe course with the Met Police. Full price is £45pp however if you try the voucher code MET2475 you should get £7.50 off per person. Everyone who attends gets entered into a competition to win a bike as well as runner up prizes of lids and protective gear!

They run quite often from near Croydon and the London Gateway Services. Plus there are some others running from Triumph and Harley.

I'm doing the 29th October.

Well worth yer money Stenno IMO. £45's a little bit steep but you get to ride with some of the best road riders in the world so you can't say fairer than that.

We dont get bikesafe up here we have bikewise (http://www.bikewisetraining.org.uk/p/apply-now.html) but its £150 for a days training :(

Gawd'blimey. Have you tried ringing the police and suggesting they do something?

The Met bikesafe is cheaper because TFL part pay for the scheme.

Done a Biksafe course up in Fife at a total cost of £22 and that was my fuel for the day they do it for free up there and was a fantastic day and lots to learn from it .

Free is great, £150 is extortionate. Says a lot about their thoughts on bikers!
I've a new found respect for TFL! :)

Do they ask where your from?.
We don't have bike safe or bikewise as in Northumbria we have no police motorcycles, they were sold off for health and safety reasons( I kid you not).

Ye they asked but only once i was there ,, as i informed them when i signed up for it the local cops don't do it so they said no probs :)
