I actually only saw a sign for it when I was up that way last Saturday, so don't know what it's like, but it's bikes and of the right time period, so I'm hoping it'll be fun, even if it's not there are some cracking back roads around there.

the sign said 10am - 4pm or something like that.

Cheers Mark.

We passed there also Saturday, must have been suffering from "speed blindness"
Do'nt think I will book a ride on an Enfield, had a somewhat oil consuming Constellation in the early sixties, then I found a faster 125 Honda (cr series though)

See you Saturday Black SV K9 stumpy old man with young grandson in tow, JOHN

yes the Lightening and the commando were of that type, more maintenance than miles per hour, but then I hang around with some old VMCC guys who consider anything post war to be modern.

I'll be on the superduke, beard, stick probably with a fag and a brew most of the time.

I might make an appearance, I know nothing about classic bikes, but I do like them and want to learn :)
I'll try and convince a few from work to go n'all.
I'm a blue SV with white stripe, with a short carbon can on it, and matching blue leathers :D

Hopefully see you there ChrisSV, looks as though I will need to carry a "descriptive list" of forum subscribers ?? better than train spotting.

well after a bit of a fall yesterday, despite my best efforts I can't walk today, so this'll be another to add to the ever growing list of things I'll miss, someone take some photos please and post them up.

Hi MARK and others, sadly I could'nt take any photo's as my grandson flattened the battery "playing games" whilst sheltering from the sun/heat.

An excellent event although a little cramped due to the very high attendance.
A very nice range of vintage/classics and modified bikes, plus of course due to the high attendance a very healthy range of more modern bikes in the car park.
The HD's were out in force as the weather was an ideal "cruising" day.

Met ChrisSV, nice to meet him. there were several SV's and thousands also.
Could do with a bigger/better venue as entry-exit is direct onto the what can be a busy A5, BUT most definately worthy of an entry into next years diary.

Cheers Mark.
