Sh!t happens I suppose. Taxi driver was ****ed off to be loosing his fare, then be left stuck in the traffic the fare got him into in the first place, and he didn't THINK BIKE! He assumed it was safe because he was in stationary traffic, so there's no car going to take his door off.
