It's one of these http://www.fuelexhausts.com/range-detail.cfm?id=9&rangeid=10 but it has been stubbied. It comes with the baffle, a hanger strap, SV650 link pipe, and one clamp.

It is in used condition, so is covered in small scratches much like you'd expect of a stainless steel sink or saucepan, and a few small dents. As you can see it from the photo, its still shiny and perfectly serviceable

You will need another stainless steel clamp if you don't already have an aftermarket exhaust. These can be found on the internet for a couple of quid http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/Product.do?method=view&n=1988&g=3800&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=Base&utm_campaign=Motorsport

It's VERY loud with the baffle out, and sounds lovely even with the baffle in. I couldn't tell you if the noise level was legal with the baffle in, but the exhaust it was stubbied from is road legal, the BS markings are still on the exhaust, and it's not that much louder with the baffle in.

£30 plus postage at cost, or collection, or I'll do delivery in exchange for a cup of coffee ;-) if you are local or I happen to be passing your area (drive all over the country for work).

Been some issues with sales on here lately, the last thing I sold on here was the SV this exhaust was once fitted to. The buyer did a £1500 quid bank transfer with no guarantees and trusted me to load the bike on a van to Scotland a couple of days later. I forgot to stick a seat cowl in the van which I had listed in the advert, so I shipped it to him separately free of charge. So he'll testify I'm honest along with lots of other users on here.

Still, if you don't know me and your not comfortable sending money, just say so, I'll understand where you are coming from 100% with no offence taken (unless you do know me in which case I'll tell you to foxtrot oscar! ;) ), and I'll list it on ebay for you so you can buy it that way, and I'll just add any sellers fees to the price.

Good cheap solution for somebody looking for the aftermarket sound without the price tag.

Post in this thread if you are interested, my PM's are locked down to my friends list and moderators only, thanks.

Ralph,
I am new to forum, (passed DAS last month) and still looking for an SV to be honest, and i have my eye on a couple. Both have standard exhausts so this would be ideal. I live in Cheshire btw. Payment as you suggest would not be a problem.
Is the top clamp a bit rusty? can it be replaced easily/cheaply?

Thanks for the replies.

To be fair I need to call RVRacing first as although you both posted at the same time, he must just have got there first in hitting submit :-) so I'll have to give him first refusal. I'll post up if we don't agree a sale for any reason.

Stainless steel doesn't rust, but it does get dirty and tarnish like anything else. A little bit of work with a metal polish and a toothbrush would get the clamp looking like new again, but if you couldn't be bothered clamps are cheap and readily available
