Yep I've seen loads of stores with all their crap for sale, it's getting earlier every year.
I even had some boots voucher thingy through the door the other day with Xmas stuff on it, soon as I seen that it went in the bin.
I flatly refuse to acknowledge Xmas until at LEAST December.

You should have opened the Boots vouchers leaflet - it gives you money off on hair dryers, curling tongs and straighteners.
My local Sainsburys had their Christmas chocolates and biscuits on the shelf in the last week of August. I'll admit to buying some Cadbury's ones as they were basically Chocolate Animals but in Christmas shapes and were on special offer - once they are in my gob I don't care if they are elves and reindeer shaped. Yum.

Our decorations don't go up until Dec 5th. Youngest has his birthday on the 4th so it seems only fair that he gets his special day before all the fairy lights go up. Personally, I don't think anything Xmassy should go up until at least Remembrance Day is over.

It's my birthday on 21st December. $od Jesus - bring me presents and none of that rubbish Frankinsense and Murrh. It's gold or platinum only - though if you can find 3 wise men by then I'll be impressed.

$od Jebus, he may have existed but he is not the son of God, as there i$ no g0d!
So cry about commercialism taking advantage of naivety, or take control of your own actions.
Or grow up. Pi$$es me off, but luckily as a non shopper I don't have to suffer this $hit about having crappy bits of tree everywhere.
i love Christmas and look forward to it every year, no i don't celebrate it for the birth of Christ nor am i a Pagan. i just like the giving of prezzys and stuffing myself silly then watching movies on the telly with the rest of the family.
they can stick as many decorations up in the shops at any time of year all they want it still wont make me open my wallet untill 3 weeks before 25th december.

Advert on the box tonight with Linda Bellingham (sigh) for some Christmas stuff. I didn't take that much notice of what she was trying to sell cos she was wearing a little black number.
But FFS it's October! We still have the Halloween and Guy Fawkes opportunities to rip cash out of our pockets before we get round to the main money grabbing event.
