Everyone is having kids at the mo so have just spent fortunes on all their gifts and now have to start with Christmas. It seems never ending!!!!!
Just drawn my list up and i have 18 people to buy for but 7 of those also have birthdays over the Christmas period.
It's my birthday too but i'll be too broke to celebrate it!!!!!!!
Minimorecambe - a humbug is a lovely sweet that is especially nice in the winter months :-) x

My far-too-organised wife does most of ours as she enjoys it all so much. A lot of ours is therefore done. Trouble is I am now being pestered for a list of ideas for me and I've not thought that far ahead yet. As I pick up my new bike on Saturday I may well ask for fun bits for that but want to get used to it first to see what I really want.

I don't do a lot of crimbo shopping mainly due to not having much family left - but those who are left are so super special to me that I tend to get them things as I go along throughout the year ..... i hate the whole over priced hype of it all in may ways, yet love the winter wonderland side etc loads !!! and frankly I like to buy a gift for someone as and when I want to and I do this when I want to not just because its crimbo ...
that aside my gorgeous too cute for words nephews have already been bought a little something from the Gruffalo range two weeks ago !!! so erm i guess yes I have started !!! lol lol :cool::cool:

Yes - just ordered this online - and I know I'm small but it's not a present for myself. My 2 year old nephew was roaring around Toys R Us on it yesterday and loved it so I've decided to get him one for Christmas - but he's not getting anywhere near my ridiculously expensive separates, especially the turntable, while he's on it.

It's still October!!!!
Haven't give it a thought.
Well done LPH, that's a cool gift!!!!!
I'm a full time student again so the only xmas shopping I will be doing is from infront of a bar.
I'm a humbug too, for me its just about having a nice dinner with family and getting merry, I couldn't care less about pressies.
I do like buying for children though, because its a big part for them.
