so i have always wanted a cbr600rr since a kid. So after building up two years no claims on the sv650 i decide to go and buy before my renewal date to customise it how i want it.
So here it is when i bought it. 3,500 miles on the clock. got it for a good price and its in immaculate condition. 2005 model with better suspension.

but when i bought it i had 6 months until my renewal so i spent hours cleaning it and researching what i would do to it online buying parts etc. and the end result is this:

PERFECT. now insurance renewal came along and insured it for a hefty price.
THEN IN ONE WEEK

no more no claims bonus, and good bye to all that hard work. but all was not lost. as i had started my insurance already i was able to switch vehicle details for a small extra fee. (this did not take accident into account as if i had repaired the bike i would still be insured on it).
so i had a long hard think on what to do next. just spent alot of money on bike and insurance. Once i had received money for the bike i considered getting a newer cbr600rr. but i think they look gay. with silly new skinny frame, and moved the rear light to below the exhaust rather ontop. but what i really wanted was my old bike back.
so i got one of these cbr600rr 2,500 miles on the clock, 2006 model. for less money then my first bike.

and im insured still. :D
although the two and a half hour ride back from whom i bought it from did prove a challenge and a saw bum.
