My wife has booked us a day trip to calais via eurostar in early december. Ive never stayed in town before, last time was via ferry, then out of calais straight away, and that was 20 years ago.
So whats the place like, much to do and see? Seems to be a big shopping centre so that should keep her happy. Is the ww2 museum worth a view?
