As per the thread title really. Just sacked RE/MAX, see other thread. The house is slap bang in between Edinburgh and Glasgow on the M8.

PS: Big thanks to Kilted Ginger for all his help with the house so far...

THANKS MATE!

Or a solicitor BTW, doesn't need to be an estate agent, so long as they do their utmost to sell the property.

Have you whacked it on rightmove and the other net selling sites Col? More coverage the better.

RE/MAX had it on Rightmove, will insist any new agent does as well.

Is it not worth selling it yourself?

Some one like http://www.housenetwork.co.uk/ Not used them before but would be keen to advoid the agents next time I move.

I used www.conveyancingdirect.co.uk/ in Feb to buy my house, they are spot on and based in Glasgow. Very friendly and reasonable with rates too.

I can think of a couple of dead ones.

They are probably asking the Devil if he has considered loft and cavity wall insulation to add value to Hell
