Change the Engine Oil Coolant/radiator coolant ?

Hey Guys, well come monday ill have some money to buy bits to do a winter service, my question is what things do i neeed to do then?
so i far im thinking:
Oil + filter change ( whats the best oil i can get?) Halfords or Hein Gerike oils are fine
Air filter change - how many miles has your bike done? Check the service schedule
ACF50 The whole bike - yes. except the brakes, keep it well away from the discs
Clean brake calippers ( ACF50 the calllipers ??? ) - yes, but don't ACF50 them, unless you're going to brush it on just the outside VERY carefully
Clean and grease the caliper pistons with red rubber grease.
Change the Engine Oil Coolant/radiator coolant ? - engine oil yes, coolant, when was it last changed, longtime ago then yes
Check the anti freeze - yes
anything else, could say its a full service really.
cheers Josh

For a winter service? Are you stark raving? If it was a 2 year service maybe, but even then!!
I forgot, check the tick over too!
