BBC News 24 have just stated that a so called "eye-witness" reports seeing the smashed canopy of a Hawk aircraft - nothing further than that & no speaking to this person.

They also reported the pilot's condition as SERIOUS, as Pete said I hope he or she is ok & pulls through.

Didn't open the link but the sky news app says it was an ejector seat error... That doesn't sound good. Head first in to the roof?! Ouch.

RIP and thoughts to his family and friends. I hope that they can pull together and continue, but maybe after a decent break and time to grieve.
