Me too! I haven't got sky, so generally miss out on a lot of sport on the box.
I used to do a bit of Martial Arts back in my youth when Rickson Gracie was the main man, happy days :)

UFC is on ESPN at the moment which is free on virgin, but you can watch a lot of the fights on MMA (dash) core (dot) com. Don't seem to be able to link it for some reason.
If you can, check out this weekends Henderson v Shogun fight, it was mental & is already being called the best fight in history, 25 minutes of two guys laying it all on the line.
Some people say it's barbaric, but as a martial artist I appreciate the skill, fitness & determination it takes to get in the cage.

I'm heavily into Krav Maga, but have done Jujitsu, Boxing, Judo & Shotokan Karate over the years.
I also go along to the local MMA club from time to time to spar. BJJ is something I'm looking to start soon.
I don't know Josh, should I?

I started with Karate, but I didn't like it. I just couldn't seem to gel with it, don't know if that was down to the instructor or me? Probably a bit of both...
Anyway, I lost interest in Karate and then a few years later discovered Wing Chun which was more my kinda style. I did that for about 3 years but then got so fed up with all the politics within my club (lots of arguing between senior instructors/changes from one affiliation to another etc) and the fact that I was into a lot of other things like motorbikes, mountain biking and snowboarding that I decided to give it up.
So I'm not really into it any more but I like to watch it when I can. To be honest bikes are my addiction and they take up all of my spare time. I love doing track days and I would love to start racing at some point, which could be next year if all goes to plan :D
If I did have the opportunity to start training again though, it would probably be something like Kali/Eskrima. I really like Frans Stroeven so would probably look for a club using his system.
