I would say that's a custom job.
Ducati Uppingham did a similar thing on a brand new 1198 when Rossi joined Ducati. Basically just added the paint job onto the cost of the bike.

I'm doing that to the Honda Vision that I used to do the BEAST run this year. Got the decals from Ebay and just in the process off preparing all the panels for spraying.
