Always thought about them running the track in that direction... Here was me thinking the place is a bit of a hole now but look at it then.

Ive loads of respect for the peeps that have built it up. Most circuits in the uk started out as world war runways & test tracks. Knockhill was built from scratch. I suppose the main things they changed the direction for was to make it clockwise and to have the straights the right way.
