joining the ranks of "i used to have an SV but ......."

Well , i ve finally done what i didn t think i d do , and joined the increasing membership of "the once upon a time" clan !!! i m sorry
I could come up with all the lame excuses of 10000 miles a year,or i travel to the midlands a lot , or i do a lot of touring, as reasons why i got a different bike , but the truth is , once i got knocked off the SV , i didn t think i d feel as confident on another , that and my local dealer did me an offer i couldn t refuse on a brand new Z750 ....
I hope i ll not be shunned and pushed into the outer corners of this wonderful forum , as i ve made a couple of good friends , and really enjoyed the last AR , and even if its not going to be in Gods county next year , i d quite like to come up to the lakes next year ... pretty please

Oh no that's wrong. All bikes are different even the major factory ones.
It's the bike that chooses the owner. Like the wands in Harry Potter. They are all different, I want to see Paddys wand.

Like my Yellow Daytona, I too prefer the iconic colours! Green Kwaks, Red Ducati's, Blue and White Suzuki's, etc, etc

was nearly swayed towards the black and gold they bring out every couple of years , as i had a gpz 600 in that colour , but then i also had the zxr 750 in GWB :)
