Body work screws missisng?

Hello everyone, firstly would like to say how great this site is, it has helped me so much already and ive only had the bike (2001 SV650s) two days! This is my first forum post ever so sorry for any mistakes.

Anyway, the problem is when i took both the seats off the bike i noticed threre was two holes for what i imagine should be for holding the bodywork down the center line of the bike together. Am i missing two screws, or do i just have a screw loose myself?

Howdoo and welcome bud. Have a look on here and see if you can identify the parts you need?

I think if im guessing correctly that you mean parts 17 and 18 which on my bike are a couple of 'U' clips and a screw. HTH :D
