The viscosity of air depends mostly on the temperature. At 15.0 °C, the viscosity of air is 1.78×10−5 kg/(m·s), 17.8 μPa.s or 1.78×10−5 Pa.s.. One can get the viscosity of air as a function of temperature from the Gas Viscosity Calculator (http://www.lmnoeng.com/Flow/GasViscosity.htm)
Sorry, misunderstood.
You mean about AR12 don't you (DOH).

Also looking forward to June 8th 8)
I'm looking forward to it immensely!
Do you think we can get LP to bake me n Paddy a birthday cake :)
I think that's a reasonable request. I'll see what I can do
Whats happening on June 8th?
Many bikes are going to leave a car park and ride many roads around beautiful Essex, get back safely, then have good times.
Hope you can join in too!

I think you should be excluding yellow bikes from that.... given their performance this year.
Ooops silly me. I ought to get this bit right eh?
We'll be doing the above on sat 9th June!!!!
:)
We'll get special safety stickers for all the yellow ones! They'll be safe then

Good point. Since the clean up there is actually nothing in the AR section saying when the AR is....

Yellow Triumphs have done just fine on the Crashy Mcgee front this year...
...makes a feckin' change for the rider mind you!
Were you not at AR11 where Raf's yellow Daytona went down?

CAAAAKKKKEEEEE! Yeah OK. It appears to be the birthdays of Mr LPH (shhh, he's 40, so that makes me a Cougar doesn't it Messie!) and NTECUK and Paddy so I guess that means making a selection of cakes, cookies, flapjacks and brownies. I'd best book the Thursday off work and get the oven ready if I have to make enough for 100+ people. We won't need a bonfire with that many candles on the go.

Nooooooo! I wasn't. :smt073
Well my Yellow Daytona stayed shiny side up in it's first year of ownership, so I'm going see that as a good omen since it's owner has a terrible track record.
CAAAAKKKKEEEEE! Yeah OK. We won't need a bonfire with that many candles on the go.
And that'shttp://www.skywriting.net/images/birthday-cake-hazard.jpg just my cake lol.
I'm about to lose control and I think I like it!

It won't rain. It's Essex. We don't have rain. Well apart from AR09 but let's not mention that.
Anyway. I have a hammock in the garage. And a paddling pool on order. Sooooooo, shall we organise some sort of 'It's A Knockout' contest whereby you have to get in one side of the hammock and out the other while its suspended over the paddling pool, (which we'll fill with jelly), with your hands tied together? Or is that just a stupid idea that could get messy?

I was truly looking forward to doing just that.
Been eyeing up bottles of whiskey and port in preparation. Messie got me thinking about it with her elderberry and port recipe (very nice btw - thanks x) but I've gone and knocked up my best lady & quite inconveniently it's due on the 15th June.

15th - Pah - that's nearly a week after the AR and babies are generally late. It's a feeble excuse if ever I heard one. And let's face it, labour goes on for hours and hours so even if you get the call halfway round the ride you'd probably still have time to complete it and then pootle home, stopping for a kebab on the way, and still reach the hospital in time for the exciting finale.
bring the other half down and have an essex ar baby :) second thoughts dont shes safer up there!
I think there was something similar possibly happening in AR09, wasn't there? Can't remember who it was for sure but I think there were offers from a couple of midwives or nurses of the org who would help out if the need arose!
I'm sure we'd cope and all lend a hand if the waters broke - turn the biggest tent into a labour ward maybe lol

Whhaaaaaattttt? I have to ride a motorcycle? I thought this was a beer drinking, cake munching, running round a camp fire in a bikini and It's A Knock Out games weekend? No one mentioned motorcycles. Right then, I'd better go and l;ook in the garage and see if that two wheeled thing I bought a few years back is still sitting there.

Personally, I'm not interested in playing 'train and tunnel' with Reeder or Bear. But if you want to camp with Reeder that's fine.
As in "camper than a row of tents"?

I'm off a couple of days before and after. I'm planning on seeing a fair bit of Norfolk and Suffolk - avoiding plenty of Essex;)
Wow! google mapped it & it's gonna take me 5 hours to get there! you guys better be nice! Friday booked off for me too.
Are we going to ring ahead for ice cream at Burnham on C ,
Not sure if we're stopping at Burnham. Where would we put all those bikes for a start?
Anyway, Supervox is the RouteMeister, and he's still working very hard on getting us the very best roads, scenary and stopping places.
Yes you have a point . 20 extra bikes would cause a issue .
Let's hope it rains ;) more space .
Well if previous years are anything to go by, around 100 extra bikes would be more like it!
Thats more than the population of Burnham :)
In exactly 15 weeks time, you should be rolling up your sleeping mat, squidging up your sleeping bag, trying to find the tent poles, wondering which clothes to add - extra bit for girls, working out whether hair straighteners and dryer is too much and will there be any needs for heels - checking chain lube and tyre pressure and scratching your head as to how on earth all that is going to fit on a bike because you'll be leaving tomorrow morning nice and early to get yourself down (or up or across) to Essex!
