Can you tell me if this would fit with a standard snow plow rear mudguard? I'm guessing not?

i couldn't say for sure. i don't think it would be too far off though. you could spacer it out so it sits further from the bike

The problem with using spacers would be that the angle of the end pipe will then be different.

you can adjust the angle by rotating the link pipe
