Took the bike out for a spin yesterday and when i got back i noticed that i had 2 bolts missing..
NOw as a newbie forgive me if i dont get the technical term right for the parts lol
There are 2 allen key headed bolts that hold the rear footstand in, one of those has gone missing
also the rear brake hose clamp bolt ..
What size are either threads and where can i get replacements from..?

Measure the distance, here's one size, others lengths are available
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/M8-x-25-STAINLESS-BUTTON-ALLEN-HEAD-BOLTS-x-10-PACK-/160541216707?pt=UK_DIY_Material_Nails_Fixing_MJ&hash=item2561008fc3#ht_1699wt_905
Ordinary allen bolts
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/10-pcs-x-M8-X-30-STAINLESS-A2-ALLEN-CAP-HEAD-BOLT-/150558140941?pt=UK_DIY_Material_Nails_Fixing_MJ&hash=item230df6ea0d#ht_1870wt_939
The OEM bolts are nothing special, although I'm sure you've checked the price of each part on Robinsons Foundry and found that Suzuki are charging prices for unobtainium bolts
If not check Yell.com and find a local nut and bolt supplier
