BT email - what am I doing wrong?

I have a BT internet/email account.

Recently bought a new computer and all is well, apart from one thing.

Last night and tonight I can't file emails into the usual email folders. I've tried deleting some emails from the folders in case they were too full, but the problem persists.

What am I doing wrong?

Any advice appreciated.
