Could do a deal if the job lot was bought.
Located near Heathrow but might be able to meet somewhere halfway if not too far to travel.
If anybody in Yorkshire(ish) is interested, I might be able to get it to Halifax the weekend of 28-29 January.

I'm interested. Been looking to get back into this - might be the kick I needed
Quick search looks like the boat is a playboat - is it quite stable? easy to roll?
What height is the paddle?
Is the deck neoprene or nylon?
Oh and any pictures?
Edit: D'oh. Missed the 194! Ignore that question.
The boat is very stable and I can roll it easy enough. It is not 100% playboat, you might have looked at the G-Force. The G-Ride is supposed to be a bit more river running orientated.
The deck is neoprene.
I will try and sort some pictures for you.
Interested in this too Tony.......get some pictures up buddy! :D

As you can see the spraydeck is a Yak Kyro.
I haven't any pictures of the BA as it's in a bag in a locker at work.

I notice you've had a few threads about this over the years..... Just checking.... Did it go from ebay?
Thinking about staring up again / doing a course at PYB etc.....
Yeah, it went ages ago.
I was kayaking in the sea in Turkey a couple of weeks ago on holiday and have to admit, I missed being on the water...

Rather than pay PYB prices, check out my daughter's coaching company http://www.flowfree.co.uk/ top quality coaching for less than PYB charge. Lowri often works as a "PYB coach" on a freelance basis
Sorry for the blatant plug, but hey, she's my daughter and a top coach! :p

I don't know your daughter but I'd second avoiding big companies like PYB. I used to be a kayak coach myself and I'd agree that you get a better service with small organisations.
Shame, as I've literally (yesterday) just sold a load of stuff via eBay! More into my bike these days :)

Ohh and if you are interested I have a load of nearly new kit - as in only used once or twice - that I should get rid of if you're interested... Cag/BA/deck/semi-dry trousers etc. I have an old Wavesport Stubby in the shed not being used too...

Interesting..... The reason for looking at PYB was the whitewater sea and surf course.....
I'm 3*, but haven't really done much other than flat, and have only done a flat water roll (and this is years back).... Was looking for the variety to see what suits.
Also spent last w/e in an open canoe (flat) and it made me realise how much I'd loved being in a boat, even if it was a different type - is a stubby suitable for (laid back) touring too? Sort of like an inazone?

This is a Stubby, same colours as mine
http://www.maidstonecanoeclub.net/joomla/media/kunena/attachments/42/008.jpg
It is less endy than an Ina-zone with more volume all round. I found it more comfortable than my Ina-zone. Not really a touring boat if doing long flat water trips, but great for mixed river use up to grade III+. It can be used at higher grades but there are plenty of more modern designs that are better for serious white-water.
