Hi All

My bike is running a bit lumpy. On idle you can hear its uneven and it sounds like one of the cylinders is kicking in and out. The bike has more vibes than you expect and even numbs your fingers. However when you open up the throttle it pulls well enough.

So I tried running it and then pulled off the HT caps one by one. If I pull off the rear it drops down slightly but not much. If I pull the front one off the bike cuts out.

Its at its best when you first ride it with the choke out.

So what do you reckon is the cause?

Cant work the ohms setting out on my odd digi multi meter but it sounds fierce enough and the same as the front cylinder when you pull the plug cap off. Took the rear choke plunger out and that's all fine. Drained fuel bowl and all looked clear and left no sediment on the paper I put in there. So i guess or hope its down to a partially blocked pilot jet?

Despite earlier postings it does seemI have cleared it and it was a blocked pilot jet. :)
