The only one I know of is JHS Racing (http://www.jhsracing.co.uk/)in Bristol. They have a Dyno set up there.

They also race tune SV engines for track use. Expect to pay for it though, it wont be cheap.

Also in Bristol is Tim Blakemore Racing (http://www.timblakemoreracing.co.uk/). And further from you but closer to me is Steve Lynham Motorcycles (http://www.stevelynhammotorcycles.co.uk/). I've no experience of Tim Blakemore but have used Steve Lynham, though not the Dyno yet...
